So far summer has been okay...I GOT INTO GRAND RAPIDS SYMPHONY YOUTH CHORUS! Huzzah, now my hs choir director cannot tell me I'm an awful singer, she may just be an awful human being.

I went to Pittsburgh with my cousin Kari and her daughter Ella, it was pretty relaxing. I like spending time with Kari, we used to hate each other when we were kids but now we get along really well. It is nice talking to her about grandpa but it is so weird talking about him in the past-tense.

Speaking of grandpa, he passed away on April 27th which was really hard. He fell and broke his hip on the opening night of my musical and within a week there was bleeding in his brain. It was difficult, it still is. My brother got married on the 19th of May and that was so hard because we knew that grandpa was supposed to be there holding grandma's hand but he wasn't, but nonetheless we know he was there. I miss him so much everyday.

Looking forward to Traverse City later on this summer, a full week of relaxation, shopping, kayaking, and family time.

It has been crazy hot out these past few weeks, my word! So naturally I've been staying inside watch Law & Order: Special Victims Unit because that show is the shit.

School is finally done with. I am exhausted from this past year alone. ONLY ONE MORE YEAR TO GO!!

Yay honors choir next year! *SOBS* BUT NOOOOOOOO MRS. SKUZA!!!!!! I'm sad now. Seriously the only days I really like in choir is when Mrs. Skuza is there, I mean SqueeGee is just plain awesome!

GABBY I WANT FREE WATER! Oh yes Gabby and I bought free water, it was mighty expensive. SqueeGee wants to go and get free water to sometime...


I am really bored and I look like a cantaloup that got beat with a baseball bat!!

So excited to see the G(a)linda to my Elphaba! Has gotten me hooked to "Dance Moms." She is also my fellow choir geek, she is Park's equivalent to me in choir.

You know you're Catholic when hanging out with your friend consists of going to church. We are going shopping also which should be fun.


Did you guys see the picture of my choir director and me twinning yesterday? Swear to God I love that woman she is my choir mother!!

Okay so any who, we started standardized testing today! And the ACT is not nearly as bad as people made it out to be, but I'm glad to get it done and over with after three long years.


Rocking out to Baba Yetu right now and my new puppy thinks I am weird. Oh yeah I got a new puppy and....wait for it.....ALL OF MY HAIR CUT OFF! The downside is that people think I am my choir director's daughter but yet again my choir director is pretty so it doesn't matter.

My choir is performing For Good  this next concert and I kind of want the solo but I don't think Mrs. Miller will give it to me, I'm not a good singer, but that is okay.
